(Not applicable to Used / 2nd hand products)

For all ONE product:

For standard and custom items, all ONE products purchased from Whatzsup includes 1 year Quality Warranty.
Quality Warranty covers manufacture defects and quality issues up to one year.
Important: Manufacture defects and quality issues do NOT cover:

  1. Damage or defects caused by impact with any materials or objects (Such as boat, ramp etc).
  2. Damage or defects caused by collisions, abuse, misuse or accidental damage.
  3. Breakage or defects as a result of prior damages.
  4. Damage or defects caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, or out of water handling.
  5. Damage or defects caused by heel dents.
  6. Damage or defects caused by non-recreational use.
  7. Damage or defects caused by inappropriate storage or handling.
  8. Damage or defects caused by exposure to temperatures over 60°C and under 0°C.
  9. Damage or defects caused by natural events such as floods, earthquake, fire, etc.
  10. Damage or defects caused by alterations or modifications including the use of an improper accessories.
  11. Damage or defects caused by unauthorised repairs.
  12. Damage or defects caused by the usage of the board after a claim is reported.
  13. Damage or defects caused by flat landings.
  14. Damage or defects caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings or footstraps.
  15. Any damage except manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
  16. Damage or defects caused by storage of the board in closed, damp conditions (for example a wet board bag).
  17. Damage or defects caused by impact with the seafloor.
  18. Products show material differences from their original conditions.
  19. Damage caused by without paying due regard to the instructions / guidelines / warnings come with the products

Warranty does not apply to ONE Products purchased from places other than Whatzsup HK or its authorised distributors. Customer is required to show proof of purchase before claiming any warranty. Warranty does not apply to 2nd hand / Used Products, Clearance Sale Products, Custom Made Products and Specially listed Products. The product conditions will be assessed by Whatzsup. Based on such assessment, our team reserves the right as its sole and absolute discretion to accept or refuse the request for returns, exchange or repair (No returns or refund for Custom Products). Whatzsup DO NOT accept return, exchange or refund for products that are used, or for reasons other than manufacturer defects / quality issues.

For all Molokai products:

All Molokai products purchased from Whatzsup include 2 years warranty.
Warranty covers manufacture defects and quality issues up to 2 years.
Important: Manufacture defects and quality issues do NOT cover:

  1. Damage or defects caused by impact with any materials or objects (Such as boat, ramp etc).
  2. Damage or defects caused by collisions, abuse, misuse or accidental damage.
  3. Damage or defects caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, or out of water handling.
  4. Damage or defects caused by inappropriate storage or handling.
  5. Damage or defects caused by exposure to temperatures over 60°C and under 0°C.
  6. Damage or defects caused by natural events such as floods, earthquake, fire, etc.
  7. Damage or defects caused by alterations or modifications including the use of an improper accessories.
  8. Damage or defects caused by unauthorised repairs.
  9. Damage or defects caused by the usage of the board after a claim is reported.
  10. Damage or defects caused by flat landings.
  11. Damage caused by excessive UV/Heat Exposure (shown by distinct yellow glue staining around seams or fading of parts such as fins and logos).
  12. Any damage except manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
  13. Damage or defects caused by storage of the board in closed, damp conditions (for example a wet board bag.
  14. Damage or defects caused by impact with the seafloor.
  15. Damage caused by without paying due regard to the instructions / guidelines / warnings come with the products

Warranty does not apply to Molokai Products purchased from places other than Whatzsup HK or its authorised distributors. Customer is required to show proof of purchase before claiming any warranty.

Warranty does not apply to 2nd Hand Products, Clearance Sale Products, Custom Made Products and Specially listed Products. The product conditions will be assessed by Whatzsup. Based on such assessment, our team reserves the right as its sole and absolute discretion to accept or refuse the request for returns, exchange or repair. Even outside warranty coverage, repair services may be provided depending on the extend of the damage subject to a repair fee. Team Whatzsup will assess the damage and cannot guarantee all damages can be repaired. Whatzsup DO NOT accept return, exchange or refund for products that are second hand, or for reasons other than manufacturer defects / quality issues.

For all Starboard products:

Understanding how the warranty claim system works and what information is needed to successfully process a claim will help us streamline the procedure to return a result within two to five working days.

Missing information is the most common cause for delays and can lead to the claim being rejected altogether.

This form should be completed by the customer and sent to the original dealer who will then filter and forward it to Starboard’s National Distributor. Or it can be completed by the shop on behalf of the customer and sent to the Starboard National Distributor.

If the information is complete, Starboard’s National Distributor will return a result within two to five working days.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

  • This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser or the board from the original dealer.
  • Composite (Hard) Board: 1 year warranty from the end consumer purchase date. No limit on years from production date.
  • Inflatable Board: 2 years warranty from the end consumer purchase date.

This warranty does not cover the following claim conditions:

  1. Damage or defects caused by impact with any materials or objects (incl. ramps and sliders).
  2. Damage or defects caused by collisions, abuse, misuse or accidental damage.
  3. Breakage or defects as a result of prior damages.
  4. Damage or defects caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, or out of water handling.
  5. Damage or defects caused by heel dents.
  6. Damage or defects caused by non-recreational use.
  7. Damage or defects caused by inappropriate storage or handling.
  8. Damage or defects caused by exposure to temperatures over 70°C and under 0°C.
  9. Damage or defects caused by natural events such as floods, earthquake, fire, etc.
  10. Damage or defects caused by alterations or modifications including the use of a larger fin than specified.
  11. Damage or defects caused by repairs.
  12. Damage or defects caused by the usage of the board after a claim is reported.
  13. Damage or defects caused by flat landings.
  14. Damage or defects caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings or footstraps.
  15. Any damage except manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
  16. Damage or defects caused by storage of the board in closed, damp conditions (for example a wet board bag).
  17. Damage or defects caused by impact with the seafloor.

A warranty claim has to be filed with the original dealer where the purchase was made or directly with the national distributor in the country of purchase.

Starboard’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Neither Starboard nor any of its representatives will be responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of the product.

For all GoPro products:

All GoPro products sold at Whatzsup are Hong Kong Distributor Authorized Goods (Microworks)

How to claim the warranty?

Please contact us on WhatsApp (+852 ‭9663 9055) or Email (info@whatzsup.com.hk), and provided us with the proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) obtained from Whatzsup or its authorised distributors, and photographic / video evidence of the issues.

We will assess the issue and reserves the right as its sole and absolute discretion to accept or refuse the request for returns, exchange or repair.
